I saw you guys talking about Tanaan earlier. Are we sure that Blizzard actually plans for it to be used for anything else apart from the intro quest? I was thinking with how the map looks it would be rather small and cramped if used for anything else. Which saddens me because it was the zone I was most excited for.

But yeah I'll be glad when they open Gorgrond up. I thought they would have last week.

The intro part is only 1/6th of the zone. Someone said it was a max level zone, but I cant remember who.

Tried the beta last night. I like everything i see. But not the new Orc model/animation.

Its like a retard/moron is running, all the faces look the same .. awefull.

Be playing a Undead, they seem to got bigger wider stronger :P

Models still aren't done, particularly faces, which will be addressed in an Artcraft Blog
relatively soon.

Well, with their art director specifically pointing out issues with certain faces and saying
they'll be fixed for each face, I have confidence.
He even explained that the face we see now is essentially the base for what we'll be
getting after the Artcraft; as in, they will move the bones and such along with changing
colors in order to make them true to the originals.

Wish blizzard would listen to feedback about the building slots, I rely wanted my 10 building slots not 7.... big cop out, this was one system I was rely happy about and they have cut now 3 parts out of it... placing Garrisons in different zones tier 3 specs and 3 building slots... Waiting for the next thing to be cut from Garrisons now...

At any rate, it's very concerning that (a) we only have 3 of the 8 normal 5 mans out and are presumably weeks from seeing the rest (b) the history from last expansion suggests that release is about 4 months away from heroic 5 mans opening, which does not seem imminent. We are very quickly getting to the point of a December time frame looking more and more like the best case reality if things don't pick up.

Yeah, it's a bit of worry. Especially when a lot of us was thinking that September an unreasonable release date at the beginning of the year, and that July/August was more likely. Also remember all those quotes from Blizzard on the whole Beta/Alpha thing try to allay people's fears about how far along the alpha/beta was ect, ect. Trying to intimate that it was father along without actually saying anything concrete.

I could see them trying to stretch it out a bit. Release the pre-patch in the next few months, then the leveling content 2 months later - and then the raid content a month or two later.

I don't get this whole speculation thing, really. Whether or not your right, at the end you have to wait for the release. At that point it doesn't matter if it's october or december.

Besides, what's up with that "MoP Beta"-comparison all the time? Just because they did something different/quicker during that beta that doesn't mean WoD beta is slower in any form of progress. Maybe they are trying new things out. Maybe their internal testing is far ahead compared to the "public" builds.
We don't know and we probably never will.

Anyone else notice the dropdown menu up the top left of the Copy Character dialog box ? You can set it to N. America , Korea , Europe or Taiwan.

No idea what it's for as this battle.net account doesn't have any licenses for other regions other then North America.

Don't know how long it's been there for. Don't know if its a possible to copy EU toons that way.

Loving the "Copy Account Data" button refreshing my toon info from live - it now has my main placed in Sunsong Ranch exactly as she is on live.

But people saying "So, that and that happened during MoP beta, so it has to happen during WoD. Oh what, it did not happen? Well then, WoD Release June 2015 confirmed."

Don't get me wrong, but a lot of discussion around that specific topic is mostly irritating, imo.

That's probably just how you in general copy toons, you pick your region (NA is probably the default for people in NA) and then copy.

Also of course it will copy from where you are in live, it's like anything else that uses the armory (or well in this case armory+Blizz's servers directly). It's like when you log on put on a new cloak, and refresh your armory, the new cloak is there after the refresh

I agree completely. Especially when we really don't have any new information pertaining
to the date.
