Need help with new PC

Good day. I want to build a new PC, not a very expensive one though. I'll need the PC mostly for MMO games, would be nice if they run all on the highest settings. Or at least just high with a decent FPS. I'm from Lithuania and I have about 2400lt that's 695 euro, 575 pounds and 939 dollars. Note that the translated version has the prices in pounds, which are higher than the ones in litas. I need the PC to fit in the 2400 litas currency. So if there's anyone here not lazy enough to go through a foreign site keeping in mind the currency and the budget - it would be nice
