Why hasn't Siege been nerfed like DS and ICC?

Does Blizz really expect people to keep running it for months and months without being able to pug it easily?
When they nerfed previous raids it worked out really well for the community. There was still heroic for the hardcore raiders to fall back on and casual players had the opportunity to pug normal.

Siege has been out for a few months now. It's not like gear or time is the reason people aren't able to progress. A nerf will help guilds that are stuck as well.

A combination of targeted nerfs and the item upgrade system makes the zone-wide percentage nerfs unnecessary. They'd feel heavy-handed if applied at this point.

if its going to be nerfed at all it will happen with the WOD patch, there is no reason to nerf it at all. Only a small percentage of players actually do the content so why spoil it and make it easier for the players not skilled enough to have already completed by now.

getting gear is the only nerf content ever needs.

Well the devs stated they want gearing up and upgrading items to be the solution. I definitely think it's a bad one but well this was their decision.

They don't need to. They have flex.

honestly with flex gear you just out gear the first 6 bosses or so at least. I don't see why they'd need to nerf it.

No reason to when they keep adding easier modes to compensate.

Gear nerfs the first 11 fights. Even Thok becomes easy once people start gearing (heck, we took him to 35% our third try due to gear during progress and we're super duper casual).

I'm not sure SoO needs a big nerf. No, most people won't kill Garrosh heroic as he is now, but 11/14 heroic can be outgeared. Isn't that enough?

In previous tiers I'd agree, but flex exists now.

Also, they did an excellent job with difficulty scaling. There is no misplaced boss like Horridon. You aren't going to get stuck on a boss for abnormal amounts of time like in previous tiers.

Also, they did nerf Thok somewhat.

Thought it was already old news, but they're upgrading/adding new timeless isle items and adding another PvP season. Both of those will give people a higher average ilvl, thus making Siege easier.

the ICC DS buff will come after 6 months when the raid is out. so about 1-2 months left.

The game developers are a lot smarter with how they handle the game than they were before.

They are upping the current 476 ilvl weapons to 489 ilvl weapons. Nothing more then this. Will not make a lick of difference in non-LFR SoO.

As for the nerfs, the nerfs for DS and ICC did not come out for quite some time after they were released. It was a bit past the 5 month mark for DS and ICC. SoO has been out for almost, but not quite 5 months. I'm expecting the rolling nerfs to come once 5.4.7 hits, or perhaps the week after.

I think it's still early to be done, if they'll do it. beside, you have items upgrades which are pretty much powerful.

Because we have flex and lfr now to fill the niche of "letting everybody see everything". In DS and ICC they put them in to make sure that everyone saw the content.

Legendary cloak / meta + item upgrades already nerfs content.

Garrosh hm 10 is seriously overtuned, 5 months already and barely 45 10man guilds in america has killed him, this is almost as bad as ICC with that insane wall at the very end.

Legendary cloak / meta + item upgrades already nerfs content.
H garrosh is balanced around at least 571+ gear and full legendaries, unless you think 700 paragon wipes 1 healing at 567 is the proper tuning.

Compared to DS and ICC, SoO is getting nerfed every week, it's called valor upgrade.

Garrosh 10 HC is challenging but be happy you have something do to while you wait for 6+ months until WoD.

Why would they nerf it? IT already has FOUR difficulty settings as it is (LFR / Flex / Norm / Heroic). If you cant manage to find one of those difficulty stages that fits you, why should they nerf an existing one just so you can feel better about "beating" content you clearly are not ready for?

    LFR/Flex/Normal

    30/20/10% nerfs. There.
