Yeah those will always be the rarest but like i said i dont think blizz counts them and there is a good chance those accounts are long since gone dark.

Anyway If we count obtainable mounts then i will say the Arcadian war turtle is the rarest obtainable mount in wow.

I honestly dont know anyone masochistic enough to farm 150 coins and wait for it to show up on the vendor to have it and i have not seen one person whos got it.

I ve seen loads of people with the 2mil mount(myself included) but ive yet to see someone on that turtle.

RNG is RNG. I've gotten them mostly from my m+ weekly cache, but I've def got them from the other places too. Caches seem to be my most common spot since the patch to buff them.

I can back up that they drop from those places.

I got from BG's, Dungeons, and Emissarz cashes so far.

And considering they want ALL forms of gameplay to benefit ppl, id assume the rest are true
