Mouseover tooltip addon - shows name, guild, who the person is targeting

I don't remember the name of it, and tiptac shows health/mana (which I don't remember the addon showing)

If it was a long time ago, it was probably tinytip. It hasn't been updated for the longest time. I stopped using it because it caused a massive FPS drop after the game was patched.
