it's that most stuff in naz is a 1shot or close enough to it with pure overlapping spike damage (arcweaver casts anything while any other mob is on you is the primary reason in bad groups), and that you should be handling mobs better to prevent that:

giving the sniper target pally bubble, ironbark, vigilance, etc., and stun them, because unless both healers have bonecracker when they spawn, they'll go for a healer (and every healer class has a stun and some other cc, excluding priests)

interrupting the arcweavers or using spell redirects

not getting in melee range of assassins and bladestorms

handling shamans well (dispel earth shield, interrupt heals, kill totem)

and you do all of that while using stuns, roots, slows and whatever else you might have to reduce damage on pretty much all the adds

if there's enough damage going out for you to be pulling 200k hps, then your dps and tanks were probably only able to clear that fight due to RNG of not getting hit for 100% of their hp within a second and you're either letting arcweavers or snipers go unchecked, or your co-healer ignored bonecrackers or is just plain bad on top of poor gear
