Vehicle UI Error (Mutate on Paragons)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has suffered this issue I'm currently having. It's happened to me once in a blue moon previously, but has happened multiple times tonight which is proving troublesome. Below is an example of it in progress where it's having a problem shifting from my Class UI to the Vehicle UI.

Any suggestions would be appreciated in narrowing this problem down.

Edit: I've just installed Bugsack to see if it can narrow this down...but can't test this out till our next raid.
