Does your rating reset when you change faction and server?

Does it? I want to change to my friends server and faction but I don't really want to lose it. I also mean both current rating and season best rating.

Also, second question. When they give out endseason title rewards etc. Do they look at the season best or the rating you have at the end?

Both ratings are lost but you retain your MMR (the hidden rating that is used for matchmaking, which means it should be easy to get back up to where you were before).

And the current rating of everyone is taken for season end rewards.
