Stat Priority / Reforging Questions

I played a main warlock pretty casually at the end of cata and am raiding SoO currently. Since transitioning less casual and into a raid group, I have been relying on AMR for reforging/gemming. I am a big noob when it comes to optimizing stats and have been reading forum posts etc but still not really sure where I should be aiming numbers wise. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

The reforging seems to be OK, although i like a little bit more haste...but this is just personal preference.
As for the logs:
-the uptime of Immolate could be better, aim for 95%+ on singletargetfights, like malkorok
-the dmg of your chaosbolts is way to low. It should be at least as high as the incineratedmg or even higher(nazgrim seems to be ok, but in the malkorok encounter it's horrible)
