No cross realm normals?

There isn't going to be a next patch for this expansion.

Also everything except Mythic is going to be xrealm next xpac.

They said they will be implementing WoD raid style on SoO with 6.0 patch since flex already exists, which means flex/normal xrealm and 20man heroics . If you search around mmo-champ you will find holinka's tweet about it .

When 6.0 hits and flex gets renamed to normal, can I then join a normal group kill Garrosh and recieve the mount?

Flex renamed to Normal, Normal renamed to Heroic ... so typically you need to join a "heroic" SoO group to get the mount .

You can always do that on another time like 1 year after etc.

I don't think so the mount is tied to a feat of strength achievement which means in 6.0 it will be gone.
