Your dps is very low. 560+ and 3 people doing way under 200k isn't going to cut it.

I will try to look at the logs a little and see what else jumps out.

I know this may not necessarily be the case, but when I still raided a bit I was barely scratching a 200k finish with 555+ ilvl (as a hunter) simply because the raid was so AoE heavy + I was doing engineers and weapons. (shit end of the stick I know)

The pally tanks active mitigation up time is pretty bad, even considering it will less than it normally is because of heart rooms. He also needs to ditch the Hammer of the Righteous glyph, it's completely useless. Also using seal of truth is questionable - I don't know if he's trying to increase his dps but truth hits for so little in prot it isn't worth it.
