New computer help (first time builder)

    Budget: 1300-1500

Resolution High/Ultra on WoW (raiding for 25 man heroic)

Games / Settings Desired World of Warcraft and League of Legends on High/Ultra
Needs to be able to have all particles/view distance/add ons for 25 heroic raiding/mythic raiding in the next xpac and keep at least 60 fps on said settings

Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc) no

    Country USA

Parts that can be reused None

Do you need an OS? Yes

Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? Yes, Have a seperate budget of about 300$ for everything. Would like at least a naga mouse and a gaming keyboard that has easy binding buttons for WoW. Speakers are not a huge priority since i will probably get a high end headset (any suggestions?)

Includes a mouse, monitor and headset. Headset's not wireless, but it is 7.1 audio. Keyboard's mostly down to personal preference. I was hoping to fit in a GTX780, but with everything together, it should be more than suitable for your needs.

why is there 2 storage links listed?

also what's the difference between a mid tower and a full tower case? is it worth it to get a full tower?

SSD is for OS and a few select games you play often, the standart HDD is for everything else.
Full tower is just bigger than Mid tower. It's pesonal preference which one you want.

Personally to shave cost here and there and not sacrifice performance I would think about the GIGABYTE GV-N770OC-2GD GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 only $339 @ newegg and if you are going with windows 8 of any kind may as well save yourself the trouble and get Microsoft Windows 8.1 - 64-bit - OEM

Everything else listed looked pretty decent to me with some differences on peripheral choices, which are almost completely subjective. I could not in good faith complete this post without saying just find a mechanical keyboard. You may want to watch some video of them even if you don't have access to a local shop to test some different switches out.
