    Question about macros...

So about shift modifiers. Couldn't I just keybind it? For example if key 1 has a shift modifier macro. What's the point if I could just keybind shift 1 and put it on the action bar?

Mod-note: Moved it to the right section

You have limited actionbar space and you can do much more complicated things in a macro than you can with a bind. It's both more powerful and more efficient.

If you don't need that, sure, bind however you want. There are good reasons to use macros for more complex solutions, though.

That was the only thing I could think of.
