First time build

Im new to this forum, and i got some questions about building my own setup.

Include the following information when posting a request.


Budget: 850 euro
Resolution: 1920-1024
Games / Settings Desired: Ultra High LoL
Do you need an OS?: No
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?: No

My budget is around 800 euros, what i perfer is high FPS and just smoothness. Can someone help me building something nice? Currently im looking to this, is the price, quality good?

8GB DDR3-1600 (2x4GB)
Motherboard: MSI B85M-E33
HDD: 1TB
Video card: GTX 760 2gb DDR5
CASE: Coolermaster k280
Power: CoolerMaster 600watt
Fan: 1
The price of this setup is 750 euros. Also is 1 fan enough for this setup? You can also bring me a new setup which is better then this one, but had to be in the price range.
