Strange thing just came up tonight. Audio (and maybe video, can't quite tell) is skipping. Ebaums World videos, Break, Youtube, both have the same issue. Netflix does not, nor do any local videos.
Here's what I know
-Temps are normal. 65c @ 100% load across all four cores (during malware scan, clean)
-Memory usage is normal (3.5gb/8gb)
-Everything else works fine, audio works normally on almost everything else.
-Recently (tonight) rebooted, have not done so in at least a couple months.
-No Chrome extensions
-Cleared net cache for giggles
Here's the odd one.
-CPU usage unusually high. Out of combat in Flex raid (15 people) which should use almost no resources... WoW itself is using 20% CPU, yet 60% CPU usage is being reported by task manager. Nothing else is running. No weird services that I don't recognize. Despite being unusually high, it isn't enough to cause this kind of issue (I can run video/audio just fine in the middle of a Prime95 burn, not sure why any less would be different)
EDIT: Seems to be a Chrome issue? Tried IE, and problem is absent.
