Yep, I use gear-up a lot myself. In Abu Dhabi, too. I'll see what I can do.

That budget is really tight for UAE prices, don't expect 1080p BF4 60FPS for 4,000 when you're including a monitor. I'll give you a build idea in a couple mins

    Price: AED3,882 total

^ That's what I quickly put together as a compact, low power PC. Should handle the games you mentioned adequately well. Monitors, cases, and power supplies are really expensive here

(If you don't want to include monitor in the budget lemme know, that'll help performance by quite a bit)

    This should be great!

    pretty high-end Micro ATX build

They can put it together for you if you reach out to them (for free at this price point, I believe)

i5-4670K for CPU, you'll only really benefit from an i7 if you're doing heavy video editing/rendering/etc
GTX 770 for GPU, should handle everything currently available at 1080p at max or near-max settings

120gb ssd for fast boot up

    1tb hdd for storage
    2x4GB (8GB total) RAM

Good 750w power supply, chose this over 650w version because it's only 30AED more

(in my opinion) the nicest available micro-atx case: windowed Corsair 350D

Went for a black/stealth(ish) theme with colors of RAM, motherboard, and cooler

Cooler is an all-in-one corsair liquid cooler unit, the air coolers available here suck and this isn't much better than an air cooler but can be generally quieter and looks better!

You'll get a KILLER system with this

    Have fun
