The Incredible Hulk Bugged?

I've tried and tried and tried to get this achievement, but it will not give it to me. I've contacted Blizzard and got the typical "we're sorry" response, and that's about it.

But no response on whether the achievement is actually bugged or not, anyone know for sure? I did a google search, but everything was from over a year ago, so I'm not sure if it's been fixed or not.

I helped some guild mates with it about 2 weeks ago. So it was fine before the patch. Cannot say for now. I'll go try it and report back.

The comments to engage the boss before the Hulk helped me get credit for this when it's all I've needed for the meta for months after months and even Blizzard told on on a ticket it was bugged. As long as you engage the boss before pulling the Hulk, you'll get credit when she kills a hulk, otherwise you won't. I had my DK with 3 hulks pulled and she killed them all and nothing. I pulled her then a Hulk and finally got credit when it died.
