When I activate Incarantion it says +62% damage during ecplipse.
When I activate Dream of Cenarius it says +62% damage during eclipse.
When I activate both it still says +62% damage during eclipse.
Why?

Incarnation doesn't technically interact with Eclipse. It's a pure damage bonus that has the Eclipse state as a requirement.

so even though it doesn't show in the tooltip, I will indeed do +25% dmg in addition to Dream?

I have never come across this issue. My tooltip always updates correctly. /shrug.
If we do not destroy ourselves, we will one day venture to the stars.
