January 2007 is when I started playing World of Warcraft. Like literally a week after I started BC came out
8/5/2006 N/A 10-day Guest Pass Expired
going on 8 years for me lol
First week of EU release. Started on Daggerspine EU.
You did good, kid, real good. But as long as I'm around, you'll always be second best, see?
About 8½ years. Started like 3 months before 2006 or so.
Have only had breaks since Dragonsoul patch (Before I never tough Id quit or take a break from wow, it was NEVER gonna happen for me...), and currently its like my 4th or 5th (?) break now. MOP just killed my last urges, but I will still consider trying WOD.
Now days I just keep up casually with wow.
I do not hate wow. I'm just (was) very passionated about it. There is a difference. Everyone rants about thing's they think changed badly.
Do you like Thrash Metal? Then give a like for the new round off the Big 4 Evile http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8JHum58R624
Note to self: Avoid topic's you keep getting infracted on. You know why...!
Since late 2005/early 2006 to December 2013. So, almost 8 years, give or take.
Something, Something, Something, Dark Side.
Started in June 2005 and played until Oct/Nov 2012. I plan to return to resub for WoD.

Somewhere early 2005. More or less active, a couple of breaks during wotlk and another in cataclysm. Something around 6 months in total of breaks. Easily the game I have most hours in.
5/5/2005, so about two months shy of nine years now. That would have been the summer after my third year in college. Geez, time flies. At the start I was playing it on a terrible computer. Something was wrong with the graphics card, if it even had one. I'd walk into a major city and suddenly go blind, the screen a forest of technicolor polygons with no vertices jutting everywhere, and no visible floor. Had to painstakingly memorize the steps and directions to the trainers. I got my first new computer so I could finally see what Ironforge actually looked like.
I played open beta in q3 2004. About 5 minutes after opening the floodgates to wow's open beta the account creation site died, I was lucky enough to get an account active before that happened. I only played to level 20 or so. Played all of vanilla. Those were the days, knew dozens of people playing, had no other real distractions because PC gaming was in the dumps, had loads of free time. Times certainly have changed, not necessarily for the worse.
Well I had my own account since December 26th, 2004.
Though I started to play on my brother's account on the 27th. I was too young to buy the game and such ha (no money).
Though quit for one year (when MoP beta came out.). Came back a couple of weeks ago.
Too long according to certain people, not long enough according to the WoW community where everyone supposedly started in classic.
April 23, 2006. Almost 8 years now. Played non-stop until Cataclysm. Have been playing on and off since then, but I will probably get some bad WoW habits back when WoD launches!
