[Holy] Help a fellow healer

Hi all,

I'm from a 10-man guild that recently switched to 25-man. We're currently 2/14H in 25s. I'm here today seeking help for our holy paladin. While we were raiding 10s his heals were solid and he was very competitive, but after the switch he's been really falling behind. I would not say he's doing bad by any means, but I'm sure he can do a lot better. He's a great guy and has been feeling real bad about his heals.

EDIT: Just realized he logged out in prot spec, will ask him to log out in holy spec.
He's in holy spec now
