Streaming pc needed or other hardware?

    Good afternoon readers,

Since I'm nearly done with school and have a lot of free time, I decided to start streaming.
Started last monday and I've already gained some followers/viewers which is nice.
Streaming Battlefield 4, Assassins Creed: Black Flag aren't a problem to stream. WoW is a different story.
I know WoW is hard on the cpu and I have already OC'd my cpu because of it.
I'd like to run wow ~60 fps ingame(1080p). OBS 30FPS and scaled down to 720p
What is the best solution to get what I want? Is it a streaming pc? if yes, please explain how it works etc. How do I connect it to my main pc for example.
    My specs are:

    Intel i5 3570k Ivy OC 4.4 GHz.
    2x Nvidia gtx 660ti's.
    16GB Corsair Vengeance.
    ASRock Z77 Extreme3 motherboard.
    Dark Rock Advanced cpu cooler.
    630W Bequiet PCU.
    3x Benq XL2420T 24" Monitors

    150/20 mbit Down/upload.

    Looking forwards to your replies.

Are you streaming 720p and playing 1080p? Because 60fps in 25's just isn't gonna happen unless you lower quality.

I've streamed 25 mans fine with a computer not as good as yours at 720p on only a 75/35 internet connection, what problem are you having? Maybe I don't understand the post...

Saying you 'streamed 25 just fine' is a pretty vague statement. You can probably stream 25s on a potato.. That doesn't mean its 60 fps on ultra.

I indeed stream on 720p and play on 1080p. Another guildie of mine peaks 120fps, he has a streaming pc. Also streaming 720p and playing 1080p.

In major cities I'm around 25-30 fps. when raiding it goes down to 10-20 on heavy fights, like Garrosh. Wow settings are ultra and shadows on minimum. 1x multisampling and 2x Anisotropic texture filtering.

I promise you, your guildie does not get a stable 120fps. Staring at the floor with no combat going on, sure. "Peak" doesn't mean anything, when the rest of the stream is trash.

Maybe not stable 120 fps, but certainly higher than my fps, which goes down to about 5 fps when Garrosh does his swirly thingy

Look into Shadowplay. It won't magically raise your fps to 60, but it probably has less of a performance impact than what you are using.

Forgot to add that my OBS is set at 30fps, 720p(scaled down), want to play wow ~60 fps and 1080p.

Also, connecting my 3 monitors with 2x HMDI and 1x VGA? or 2x DVI and 1x HDMI or 3x DVI or 3x HDMI spread in 2 cards?
Got it as 2x DVI and 1x HDMI- connected to my first gpu. second gpu doesn't have cables in it.
