Yes, but you do need to wear some leather pieces, also not sure if the shoulder model actually exists for players.
No. The gloves and belt are low level leather, Boots are an amalgamation of grey vendor trash + what looks like Ulduar plate. Legs are a recolour of some TBC gear, and shoulder is not available to players.
