is there any addon that kinda tracks addons and shows which is the easiest to complete of the ones you got left?

Well, there's the Overachiever addon, which adds notes to tooltips to tell you things you could do based on what you're mousing over, and can also make suggestions of achievements to work on based on your current zone. But it doesn't really have an opinion about what achievements are 'easiest' to do next, just what might be most convenient based on what you're targeting or where you are.
