Kardris' Toxic Totem not proccing on pull

Today I noticed that only my immerseus trinket and metagem are proccing on pull, while KTT procs like 10 sec after.
Is anyone else experiencing the same problem ?

procs per minute vs proc with internal cooldown.

Sometimes they will both go off instantly.

Sounds like an isolated incident. proc works fine for me.

its usually the other way round and bindings is the one to proc late ( as it is % chance to proc on spell damage)

^ this, KTT always procs within 2-3 seconds, while i can cast an ENTIRE ascendance without immerseus proccing which is a nightmare.

I'm mostly waiting on Bindings to proc off the pull more than KTT. KTT usually procs right off the pull without fail.

Bindings and KTT always procced for me on the pull after blowing mushrooms. I did some tests today with dummy and I couldn't get it to proc.
I made this threat because I remember there were some problems with KTT and starfall before.
