Need help making a shopping list!

Hey this will be my first time building a PC. Im a computer newb as far as components go. Right now I am using an iMac, so only things I can reuse are the mouse and keyboard, everything else I will need. Budget is flexible. From what everyone says overclocking is easy so I am willing to try it as long as it's safe. Any help would be appreciated.

    Budget : $1000-$1500
    Resolution : 1920x1080
Games : Mostly WoW, but maybe some other titles on steam (FPS and RPG).
Settings Desired : Would like to play WoW on highest settings.
Any other intensive software or special things you do : occasionally solidworks
    Country: US
Parts that can be reused : Keyboard, Mouse
Do you need an OS : Windows 7
Do you need peripherals : Need Monitor
Need to have WiFi as well.

    Maybe a GTX 650Ti or GTX 760,
    i5 4670k or i5 3570k

Also I would like a SSD

Might pick up this case tonight : Cougar Solution Black Steel Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case. Its on sale for 19.99 on tigerdirect.

Thanks remilia. That looks like what i am shooting for. I just was having a hard time putting everything together after picking a CPU and GPU. I wanted to make sure to get pieces that are compatible.

    I just realized I didn't put a case. Shhh.

Granted cases do come down to personal preference a lot of times. Though you'd want a mid tower minimum here.
