Nope only happens in WoW was a slight flicker yesterday while playing I enabled V-sync and it fixed it, but then this happened about 5 mins ago.
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card
8GB RAM
Do you need to know anything else?

The obvious question here.. hate to ask it but, are your drivers updated?

Well I only built and installed the drivers a few days ago been running fine, playing WoW and LoL on it for the last few days and only just had this start to happen, after reloading wow it hasnt happened again and there dont seem to be any updates for the video cards drivers.

Just try to do what I suggested. I had the same issue in BC and then in WotLK. Suddenly the screen flickered like that, and it was a difference kind as I moved the camera, other times it was not moving at all.

Are you using the Lucid Virtu MVP software by chance? I had it for awhile on my system and WoW (and a few other games) would do that occasionally; weird blue pink or green objects against black, UI elements were fine. I had to uninstall it to be able to play WoW again.
