Galakras macro help!

I am looking to make a macro that will target the Dragonmaw Tidal Shaman and put a skull on it and also announce to raid. So far what I have done is try this.

/cleartarget
/target Dragonmaw Tidal Shaman
/stopmacro [noexists][dead]
/script SetRaidTarget("target",8)
/RW >> %t <<

It doesn't seem to work, I tried it on a mob and it would just put the skull on my target and not switch targets.
Please help

You must have the wrong macro on your bars.

The macro you posted definitely would not have the behavior you described. I also tried it in game myself and it worked as expected.
