I would say the UK can project its power fairly well while France can do so in a decent manner. I agree with the others they currently lack the ability to project any meaningful offensive power outside of their own area. Tho in this situation Germany would be fine as it would be in their own backyard. Spain eh they prob cant afford to send troops 10 miles outside their own bases at this point.

Thats all but speculations. Though I gotta agree with that theory.. But we need to realise that in ww2 Russia lost ALOT of people. Maybe years later after ww2 Russia could have done something like that if usa never came in.

When it comes to ww2, Russia surely did theyre job against Hitler. They lost alot of people. Good thing for the allied forces was that they could fight Hitler on two fronts with two large armies.

The Russian war machine wasn't ready to stop anytime soon. They were ready to take Japan hadnt the US ending the war.

They could have easily occupied western Europe after the war if the American military had just packed it's bags and left.

We surely didn't lose them. What we didn't do is completely obliterate the countries. Just because losing insurgents sprung up after the US completed its main objective doesn't mean that the wars were lost.

Korea - which country got the better end of the stick?

Vietnam - The US clearly put in work there but didn't have the support back home so it's forever tainted.

Iraq - Defeated Saddam twice. The associated problems with Iraq came from trying to police the aftermath.
