    Jewelcrafting is only better now if you gem your primary stat (pretty much nobody?), if you don't you'll find other professions marginally better.

    You want BS for the extra gems (720 extra crit) and then you want engineering for the hands enchant because it lines up very good with CS/DR/BB etc.
