Specs can be tank (Earthwarder), heals (Lifebinder), caster DPS (Arcane) with Time-use and Dream-use as utility spells for all specs. Mail armour would be appropriate as many mail leatherworking items use dragon scales. Only thing with this is I think it would be just a mix of current classes and the only uniqueness is the idea they are dragons.
    Just a thought
Honestly, I really like the sound of this. When I RP my Druid, I use my Vial of the Sands and give the impression my character is Druidic Dragonsworn. I would absolutely play this class, and the fact that it fits into the Mail armor, and can use INT Mail fills that void as well. Nice job!

I see what you did there.

For me, I'd love Bards to make it into WoW. Easily my favorite class in certain other games, such as DAoC. I don't really see them fitting into WoWs current design of "Every DPS class must bring similar utility, put out similar DPS and make use of a similarly easy rotation", and "Every healer must put out similar HPS, have similar raid CDs, and have a similar arsenal of heals". Especially since Bards have historically been a buffing/support class, which I've LOVED in every game I've ever used them in. Curse you for removing them from WoW, Blizzard!

Well the name of the class is the core concept. Even you have said that names can be changed, like the Tinker, who could be called anything from Artificer to Mechanic.

All classes could be given new names. Even Brewmaster isn't a class, we got 'Monk' instead. Demon Hunters, Dark Rangers, Battle/TechnoMages could all be specs of broader archetypes. The name isn't important as long as the core concept is retained.

I want to play a supporter class (e.g. bard)

Can't vote, nothing close to my suggestion. Boycott Polls!
Soothing Mist:"Healing them for a minor amount every 0.5 sec, until you take any other action."
Jade Serpent Statue: "The statue will also begin casting Soothing Mist on your target. healing for 50% as much as yours. "
    [What's half of minor?]
"Statue casts Soothing Mist at a nearby ally for toddler healing."

I would much rather have an alliance-exclusive mid-range close-range sword wielding CQC-mastering spell-casting bow-man with a twist: he is an alliance-turning-horde guy in mid-game (he hates gnomes)

But since this class is not an option (I call this class the amidoinitriteguis, and you can only choose night elves as his race: night elf amidoinitriteguis) i have no choice but to choose the demon hunter because they're awesome.

I voted Tinker and Technomage. I'd like to see a Bard at some point, but not next. An Alchemist/Apothecary class as well, would attract my interest, but it's not on the list. The rest, I have no interest in. Some, I have less than no interest in. Lookin' at you, demon hunter.

    Is mayonnaise a class?

Honestly though, I kind of want Horde to get one class and Alliance get another.
Despite it being impractical and nigh impossible to balance...

    My note for this,

I really, really don't want Demon Hunter. Heck, you can get a Demon Acolyte, a failed Demon Hunter - but players shouldn't be actual Demon Hunters.

Rather pointing to Tinker (Personal favorite), Templar (Another grand favorite), Bard (A fun, and would like to see concept, if Blizzard added support classes).

Honestly, most those class choices are just buffed up of some other class. The only ones with a special concept is Tinker, Technomage. I don't know what a Titanborn is. And Demon Hunter is on a page of complete other subject. Unlike the Death Knight, who we raised for an army, Demon Hunters are few in general. High fail rate at training and would be considered a foe rather than a friend.

The only thing that I can see vaguely be a real class is the spellbreaker.

I'd remove monks and give shaman a tank spec.

I say no new class, but new specs!

A lot of these options can be added as a spec to existing classes.

    Ranger/Sentinel/Warden = Hunter
    Templar/Spellbreaker = Paladin
    Witch Doctor/Spiritwalker = Shaman
    Battlemage/Spellbreaker = Mage
    etc.etc.

You get the idea, why create new classes, when they could be new specs? I mean, specs can use different abilities all together, and still be under the same class.

Most of the classes here are just specs of currently existing. Wardens are mix of warriors and rogues. Also for all you demon hunters fans - first demon hunter, Illidan Stormrage, was actually a mage, probably one of most talented and powerful in history.

Spellbreakers and paladins have NOTHING in common. The spellbreaker class would be nice to see, but more as a spec. Instead of asking for new class I think we should ask for 4th spec for each class (like druids have). Would be way easier to balance and these specs could actually alter the class a bit more than existing, but require max level to pick (although it would create need for druids to have 5 specs). They could even be shared. This way warriors/rogues could become wardens, mages/warlocks demon hunters, hunters/death knights be dark rangers and so on.

Bard choice was to see a support class added to the game.

Templer is already in the game, via the Argent Dawn when they were there. Though, a Templer, if you don't know, is a much more offensive Paladin. A Tinker, if you don't know, is already within the content, as well today. An actively used class currently for NPCs. I am not really a musician, I just note that Bard fits some other people. Templar is not the same topic - but if you see silliness, then Demon Hunters and Tinkers would be in their own silly booth. As Demon Hunters are much, much fewer than Tinkers would be, as well as few races too. I have seen 2 different races of Demon Hunters, but Tinkers has what, 5 or so?

This is not a versus thread, but just stating, the Demon Hunters would be as silly as any other choices. In the end, it is silly to expect a class of other choices, all we do is just wait for the content if to excist.

That awkward moment where our current Blood Elf spellbreakers, are reskinned Night Elves - Even the armor is part of the skin, hence we don't see it appear.

Until they reverse some of the current class homogenization I don't think we need any new classes at all. Why add another class that just does the same thing as everyone else with different spell names?
