How should I upgrade my PC?

250$ coming in, and I want to upgrade my computer, heres my current setup

In september I ordered this PC from iBuyPower, which is great, however since Im using a 1280x1024 monitor im thinking that due to the ram usage or my video card things will get laggy (Ill be getting a 1920x1080 monitor). I currently run on Max settings with around 20-40 fps, but I also plan on buying games like BF4 and other games.

[QUOTE]1 x Case AZZA Armour Gaming Case - Red

    1 x Memory 8 GB [4 GB X2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair Vengeance
    1 x Video Card AMD Radeon HD 7730 - 1GB - FREE Upgrade to Radeon HD 7750 1 GB
    1 x Power Supply 430 Watt - Corsair CX430 V2 - 80 PLUS
1 x Processor Cooling Corsair Hydro Series H55 Liquid CPU Cooling System - Standard 120mm Fan
    1 x Primary Hard Drive 2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive
1 x Optical Drive [12x Blu-Ray] LG BLU-RAY Reader, DVD±R/±RW Burner Combo Drive - Black - FREE Upgrade from DVD Combo Drive
1 x Sound Card 3D Premium Surround Sound Onboard
1 x Network Card Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100)
1 x Keyboard iBUYPOWER Standard Gaming Keyboard
1 x Mouse iBUYPOWER Standard Gaming Mouse

basically im looking for affordable ways to upgrade this PC, any ideas? Im from canada and ordering this PC from the US added another 450$ for shipping and service fees so I try to stay away from that

Sorry to say this, but you got scammed :/
Anyway, if you want to upgrade this, you need a whole more than 250$ (canadian right?)
If you can spend a bit more, the best upgrade would be a new GPU GTX 760 http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/giga...n760oc2gdrev20
But I am not sure that PSU is gonna cut it >.>

So you can get a bit weaker 750TI and new PSU

Yeah that gpu is pure shit, go for 7970 or the 760 mentioned above. The psu is well enough, you can run a titan off that wattage wise.
