Who is Achievement?

Achievement was formed over 3 years ago as a 25 man guild on the PvP server Mannoroth. We currently have two raid teams running every week. The Main Raid, runs Tue/Thur/Mon (9 hours) and the Wed/Sun Raid runs Wed/Sun (6.5 hours). Despite our Main Raid’s 9 hour per week schedule, it has consistently been among the top progressed guilds on the server, thanks in part to our officers who work tirelessly to make sure we succeed, and of course the great raid team that we have compiled over the years.

At this time, we are opening recruitment for our 25 man raid group. A minimum 565 ilvl is required for the Main Raid and 560 ilvl for the Wed/Sun Raid. If your class is not listed below, and you feel you are an exceptional player, please apply. Exceptions to these requirements can be made for the right people.

Since both raids have a limited amount of time per week, we make the most of the time we have. We expect Raiders and Pledges to be up to date on fight mechanics and specific class duties. Our raid leader is a fast moving guy and expects everyone to keep pace. All that being said, the raid environment is laid back and there is plenty of time to joke around and have a good laugh. So if you are looking for a guild who can down progression content while maintaining a pleasant raiding atmosphere, Achievement is the guild for you.

Loot System:
Loot is handled using the EPGP system, modified with boss kill, on time, and progression raiding time bonuses. It assigns a ratio of gear rewarded per effort and provides guild leadership a tool to accurately assess raid performance. We have also implemented a semi-random loot council for Heroic weapons, trinkets, and tier in the main raid only.

[H] Pixelated is a semi-hardcore 10-man PVE guild on US-Deathwing, and we are currently 9/14H in Siege of Orgrimmar...and SO close on Spoils. Our raiding times are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:30pm to 11:30pm MST (US-Deathwing Server Time). In addition to our raiding schedule we regularly do achievement runs, casual valor capping activities, and challenge modes, and we've recently started an alt raid downing SoO normal bosses (13/14 the first week out). We're a small guild composed mostly of raiders, but most of us are very active players, online most of the week and willing to help with activities, chat, share professions, level alts, etc. Altoholics like me are very welcome!

We are currently looking for one or more skilled players to join our roster. We are looking for all dps players (we only have 2 people on conq tokens right now) for recruitment, both for current content or moving forward into a mythic group for WoD. Because our current players and their geared alts are diverse, we could find room for an excellent player of almost any class on our roster.

We use Mumble for voice communication, and although you do not need a microphone, you must be able to listen and follow instructions as we coordinate fights for ideal positioning, interrupts, etc.

Edge of Insanity (EOI) is a level 25 Alliance raiding guild (8/14)H 25 man on US-Bloodhoof. We are a well established raiding guild that has been raiding since 2005; with that age there comes a level of maturity that you don't see with many of the other guilds. About Us

For the first several months of SoO, SFN was a successful, friendly 10-man team. We decided the make the switch to 25-man about 6 weeks ago and have since been developing a sound group of skilled and thoughtful players. We have matched our achievements in 10-man and are looking to surge ahead.

We are looking for a few more qualified candidates to fill in our final gaps in the roster. Our recruitment needs are listed above.

At SFN, it is our goal to have a cohesive team who works well together under pressure and that each individual is able to play to the best of their abilities on any given night or any given boss. To make this possible, we offer help and advise to new members and a guiding hand where necessary to ensure that our team is the best that it can be.

We ask that you come raid ready with potions, flasks and food in your inventory, although these are provided to raiders at minimal cost.

We are late in the tier with adequate time before WoD is released. Our main goal is to kill Heroic Garrosh before the tier is officially over.

Please be aware that no spot is guaranteed. We play our best players and all of our members should continuously strive to be at the top of their game every night.

We all value our time together and will value your dedication to being the best you can. Correct mistakes, learn from them. Accentuate the positives and minimize the negatives!

We are an adult (18+) raiding guild that focuses on balancing serious progression raiding with real life. We aim to kill bosses and stay on the edge of progression while, at the same time, fostering an environment that's relaxed and focused. Schedule: Tue/Thu/Mon from 7:00pm to 10:00pm server time (PST).
Attendance: We require 66% attendance (at least 2/3 nights every week)
Loot System: Rotating Loot Council + EPGP (to help distribute loot evenly)

Requirements:

*All raiding members of SFN must use Ventrilo and have a working microphone.

*We recommend that every raider has kept up with the latest changes to their class and main spec and is utilizing the appropriate tools to min/max their toon to the best of their ability.

*Raiders must have researched all current and upcoming fights and have a working understanding of the mechanics and flow of phases in each

*Having a viable offspec is encouraged, but not required, and definitely not at the expense of upgrades for your main spec.

*We provide a daily performance recap for all raiders using a combination of EpeenBot scores (for DPS) and a selection of mechanics that we feel are important on a boss by boss basis. (Hooray for nerdy spreadsheets! You know you want to see them. >.>)

Now pay attention, my North American friends! Although the Azralon server is hosted in the U.S., the server time is based in Brazil.
