    WoD Mage Changes - Spec Consolidation

    I've made a list by spec of the changes so you don't have to jump from section to section!
    It assumes your max level.

    ALL:

    Frost Nova is base 20 sec cooldown down from 25.
    Blink now moves you 28 yards up from 20.
    Polymorph removes DoTs from targets.
    Improved Counterspell removed.
    Ice Ward talent(45) CC is "roots" diminishing return category.
    Alter Time changed to a talent without the DPS component, replacing Temporal Shield (30).
    Mirror Image changed to a level 90 talent.
    Level 75 Talents changed, bombs now optional as all 3 are one talent, each one spec specific.
    Level 75 talents are all spec specific
    Level 90 Talents changed.
    Level 100 talents largely spec specific.

    TALENTS:

    (15) Presence of Mind replaced by: Evanesce: Fade into the nether, avoiding all attacks against you for 3 seconds. This spell may be cast while a cast-time spell is in progress and is not on the global cooldown. Replaces Ice Block. 45-second cooldown.

    (30)Alter Time now lasts for 15 seconds (up from 6 seconds), has a 90 second cooldown (down from 3 minutes), and no longer affects the casting Mage’s mana, buffs, or debuffs.

    (60)Cold Snap also resets Presence of Mind (Arcane), Dragon's Breath (Fire) and Evanesce (15 talent choice that replaces Ice Block).

    90(1): Mirror Image now a talent, images gain 50% spell power (up from 5)
    90(2): Rune of Power lasts 3 minutes and only keeps the 15% spell damage increase function.
    90(3): Incanter's Flow is a new level-90 Talent, replacing Incanter's Ward.
    Incanter's Flow: Magical energy flows through you, increasing all spell damage done by 5% per stack. While in combat, the magical energy builds up to 5 stacks over 5 seconds and then diminishes down to 1 stack over 5 seconds. This cycle repeats every 10 seconds.

    ARCANE

    Arcane Blast cast time increased to 2.25s from 2s, damage increased by 32.5% and cast time reduced by 5% per Arcane Charge
    Arcane Missiles stacks to 3, and does 20% more damage
    Arcane Explosion is Arcane only and deals 20% more damage
    Arcane Power now decreases mana cost by 10%.
    Arcane Charges last 15 seconds now, up from 10s.
    Blink increases speed by 60% for 2 seconds after teleporting.
    Evocation Arcane Only, 90 second cooldown.
    Mage Armor is Arcane only and passive.
    Mana Gem removed, but Arcane passive mana regen "
    Presence of Mind is Arcane only baseline, can't be used with Polymorph
    Slow is always applied with Arcane Blast.
    Slow no longer reduces cast speed time.

    TALENTS:

    75(1): Nether Tempest is now 1 target only, but does 100% damage to all nearby targets.
    75(2): Arcane Blast has a 25% chance to explode on impact, dealing 50% extra damage to the target and surrounding targets.
    75(3): Supernova: Cause a pulse of Arcane energy around the target enemy or ally, dealing Arcane damage to all enemies within 8 yards, and knocking them up. If the primary target is an enemy, they take 100% increased damage. Replaces Frost Nova. 25-second cooldown. Instant cast.

    100(1): Overpowered: Casting Arcane Missiles extends Arcane Power by 2sec.
    100(2): Prismatic Crystal - Conjures a prismatic crystal at the target location, which is attackable by only the Mage, and takes 30% additional damage. When the crystal takes damage, it instantly releases a burst of energy dealing that damage, split evenly between all enemies within 8 yards. 40 yd range, Instant, 1 min cooldown
    100(3): Arcane Orb: Launches an Arcane Orb forward from the Mage's position, traveling up to 40 yards, dealing XXXX Arcane damage to enemies it passes through. Grants the Mage an Arcane Charge every time it deals damage. 1,600 Mana, 40 yd range, Instant, 15 sec cooldown

    Losses:

    Fire Blast
    Frostfire Bolt
    Blizzard
    Flamestrike
    Deep Freeze
    Shatter
    Frost/Molten armor choice

    FIRE

    Fireball does 20% more damage and increases Fireballs crit chance by 5% per Fireball cast until it crits.
    Frostfire Bolt does 20% more damage.
    Inferno Blast has a 7s cooldown and spreads Pyro, Ignite and Combustion to 2 more targets.
    Combustion lasts for 20% longer.
    Scorch increases your movement speed for 30% for 3s.
    Flamestrike has no cooldown and is Fire only.
    Molten Armor is Fire only and passive.
    Pyroblast has a base 15% chance to crit.
    Dragon's Breath CC is "mesmerized" diminishing return category.

    TALENTS:

    75(1): Living Bomb can once again be applied to multiple targets, can be spread by Inferno Blast, and has a normal 1.5 second cooldown. More of its damage has been moved into its explosion.
    75(2): Fireball has a 25% chance to explode on impact, dealing 50% extra damage to the target and surrounding targets.
    75(3): Blast Wave: Cause an explosion of fiery force around the target enemy or ally, dealing Fire damage to all enemies within 8 yards, and dazing them, reducing their movement speed by 70% for 4 seconds. If the primary target is an enemy, they take 100% increased damage. Replaces Frost Nova. 25-second cooldown. Instant cast.

    100(1): Your Fireball, Pyroblast, and Inferno Blast critical strikes reduce the cooldown remaining on Combustion by 1 sec.
    100(2): Prismatic Crystal - Conjures a prismatic crystal at the target location, which is attackable by only the Mage, and takes 30% additional damage. When the crystal takes damage, it instantly releases a burst of energy dealing that damage, split evenly between all enemies within 8 yards. 40 yd range, Instant, 1 min cooldown
    100(3): Meteor: Calls down a meteor which lands at the target location after 3 sec, dealing XXXX Fire damage, split evenly between all targets within 8 yards. Also burns the ground, dealing an additional XXXX Fire damage every 1 sec for 8 sec to enemies in the area. 1,600 Mana, 40 yd range, Instant, 45 sec cooldown

    FROST

    Frostbolts cast time is reduced by 0.5s once every 15s
    Ice Lance is Frost only and stacks to 3, and does 20% more damage.
    Frost Nova now blinks you 10 yards backwards.
    Icy Veins increases spell haste by 30% up from 20%.
    Icy Veins glyph provides 75% Multistrike instead of 20% Haste.
    Blizzard is Frost only, reduces Frozen Orb cooldown by 1 second each time it deals damage
    Frost Armor is Frost only and passive. No longer haste %, but 15% multistrike.
    Frostfire Bolt now has a 2.25 second base cast, down from 2.75s and does 20% more damage.
    Frostfire Bolt is no longer instant with Brain freeze, but Brain Freeze can stack to 2.
    Brain Freeze no longer triggers from bombs, but 10% chance on Frostbolt, +45% chance on multistriked Frostbolts (or 100% on double-Multistrikes)
    Water Elemental glyph now baseline (40% health, cast while moving, stays nearby you in Follow mode)
    Water Elemental now knows Water Jet, that channels damage to the target for 4s and causes any Frostbolts that land during the Jet to give a FoF proc.
    Shatter now is 1.5 crit chance down from 2.

    TALENTS:

    75(1): Frost Bomb has been redesigned. It now lasts 12 seconds, has no cooldown, and explodes every time the target is critically hit by the Mage's Ice Lance. The damage per explosion has been reduced by 75% to compensate.
    75(2): Frostbolt has a 25% chance to explode on impact, dealing an additional 50% damage to the target, and all other enemies within 8 yards.
    75(3): Ice Nova: Cause a whirl of icy wind around the target enemy or ally, dealing Frost damage to all enemies within 8 yards, and freezing them for 4 sec. If the primary target is an enemy, they take 100% increased damage. Replaces Frost Nova. 20-second cooldown. Instant cast.

    100(1): Thermal Void: Casting Ice Lance extends your Icy Veins by 2 sec.
    100(2): Prismatic Crystal - Conjures a prismatic crystal at the target location, which is attackable by only the Mage, and takes 30% additional damage. When the crystal takes damage, it instantly releases a burst of energy dealing that damage, split evenly between all enemies within 8 yards. 40 yd range, Instant, 1 min cooldown
    100(3): Comet Storm: Calls down a series of 7 icy comets on and around the target, each of which does XXXX Frost damage, split between all enemies within 4 yards of its impact point. 1,600 Mana, 40 yd range, Instant, 30 sec cooldown
