Game programing makes it difficult to have cross server queue...to reduce queue times game tries to match properly but then just picks on a first come first server bases to reduce wait time...net result player PvP experience plummets!
Which is better, longer wait times or horrible PvP gaming experience due top lousy matching?
Tough question. I would say the "better" alternative to choosing between 2 crappy options is to have a system that tries to match up experience first, but after a set amount of time just puts whomever is available in a game. Personally, waiting for matches is more painful than playing against organized teams (as a PUG)...for me at least.
