Requiesto En Pace (14/14N) is now openly recruiting for current progression and WoD! We are currently transitioning from 10m to 25m. We are simply looking for the last few people to bolster our group. We will be completing normals in 25m and diving right into heroics from there.

About Requiesto En Pace (Rest In Peace):

The guild has been around since the start of Wrath of The Lich King expansion, and is now going to see its third expansion! The guild consists of players of all aspects of raiding, which include Heroic progressed raiders from current and previous expansions and Normal mode progressed raiders from current and previous expansions. We also have a few guild members who have only been casual raiders, who have the drive to step up their gaming experience and focus more on end game progression content.

We are currently in the market for progression focused players, who are not only already in the market for a new raiding guild, but players who have had a taste of progression and really want to step up their gaming.

Our specific needs include:
Disc Priest
Holy Priest
Warlock
Feral Druid
Balance Druid
Windwalker Monk
Resto Shaman
Rogue

However, we will accept any app who shows to be an exceptional player.



The ideal candidate should have the following:

• 90-100% attendance rating (low attendance will not be tolerated).
• 100% on time for group forming (be respectful of everyone's time in game).
• Consistency in ability to perform (bring 110% every night).
• A Team Player (know that the raid as a whole beats the encounter, not through individuality, we aren't looking for that ONE shining star, we are looking for a whole galaxy of them).
• Ability to take criticism.
• Patience (know that we WILL wipe many times while progressing, but we will also become victorious through it).
• The want to always improve yourself (be able to do better with each raid night).
• Ability to listen to the raid lead and do whats needed of him/her.
• The same mindset of the entire guild (To kill bosses collect loot, and be a genuine good player)
• Cohesiveness (We want everyone to be able to get along together while in Mumble so we can mesh as a group not only with our toons but with each other as people.)

As we recruit players before Warlords release, we will be running Flex to accommodate new recruits, and we will also be swapping out some of our core 10M players for recruits to get some experience with the current group. Also, while we recruit we will be attempting to start 25M raiding with recruits to get that transition going before the new expansion. When the final patch of the current expansion hits, we will be able to switch over to the new style of raiding to include everyone who has been standing by.

As a raider, we will expect you to have the ability to access and obtain certain addons, and programs:

Addons:

1. DBM (Deadly Boss Mods) or Bigwigs (Raiding Addon)
2. Epgp (Dkp reloaded)
3. EpgpLootmaster
4. GTFO (GTFO warns you when you're standing in bad stuff)
5. RSA (Spell CD announcer)

Programs:

Mumble (MANDATORY, For voice chat)

Loot system:

We currently use EPGP/Loot council for our loot distribution, which promotes rewarding raiders who consistently are raiding and putting in the time and effort with the guild.
