On the topic of zephyr taric being trollish above silver. In diamond you feel like you are back in Bronze V in terms of champion picks. Teemo, Quinn and worse all over.

I have not played in about a year and would like to jump in again. I do not want to play ranked persay but would like to still play well in just non ranked open games. Where can I go to get an refresher course? Any sites or wikis you all suggest? Mmo champ has discussion but not to much FAQ
