    PetAttack configuration - TellMeWhen

    Hey guys,
I am trying to configure my TellMeWhen to show me when my pet is not attacking (in combat ofcourse),
I want to get a warning on my screen when my pet is not attacking so ill know to sent it and attack the boss.

This is something i am trying to do for a few days with no success :/
it will be useful for fights like Sha of Pride when i want my pet stance on passive and send it on the boss so i can switch to adds and my pet will not lose uptime running between the targets (as Survival ofc)

I've found a profile on WeakAuras but it will be awesome if some of you know how to do it on TMW

    please share if you do

    Thanks,

    Beoren

I have a pretty ghetto method for this which basically consists of:

    1) Is your pet's basic attack off cooldown/is it currently usable/valid target.
    2) Does it have over 50 focus?
    3) In combat.

Only nasty thing about this is that you kinda have to make one for each of your pet's possible basics (Claw, Bite, Smack), but it's the solution I've stuck with for a while and it has never failed me.

Should be easy to do in TMW, for anyone using WA:

    Bite:

Isn't it possible to condense them into 1 single WA? I know in TMW you can add multiple spell triggers to the same "aura" by simply adding ";" in-between the spells.

Prolly is but not sure how.

You should make more triggers for each basic ability sure, but since it checks for "All Triggers" it'll just show constantly because 2 of the basic attacks are not being used at all - I think?

Using the "Action Usable" status doesn't let you do multiple spells tho (iirc).

I think I messed with this when I made them and it didn't work out.

Thanks alot Azortharion, based on your idea i made an aura on TMW, haven't tested it much but it should be working,
The only downside is that when i use Fervor or BW early on the fight the aura pops, try to play with the focus condition till you feel its okey.

    Code:
    ^1^T^SType^Scooldown ^SName^SClaw;~`Smack;~`Bite ^SEvents^T ^N1^T ^SType^SAnimations ^SDuration^N3 ^SAnimation^SICONSHAKE ^SEvent^SOnShow ^t^Sn^N1 ^t^SSettingsPerView^T ^Sicon^T ^STexts^T ^N1^SPet ^t^t^t^SCustomTex^S1079 ^SConditions^T ^N1^T ^SType^SFOCUS ^SOperator^S>= ^SUnit^Spet ^SLevel^N85 ^t^N2^T ^SType^SCOMBAT ^t^Sn^N2 ^t^SEnabled^B ^t^N62602^S~`~| ^Sicon^^

This is what I use. Keep in mind "Pet Spell Autocasting" is listed under Player Attributes, for some reason. Note the parenthesis on the condition page to keep Order of Operations viable. (I love me some TMW).

Also, I forced the texture to be of Smack, because Bite has the same icon as BW, and I get confused easily.
