[H] Dark Intent - Draenor EU 13/14HC recruiting healers and dps!

Dark Intent are a semi hardcore raiding guild on one of the busiest EU servers for raiding (Draenor).
We are looking to recruit one DPS with strong off heals (either an Ele Shammy or Boomkin) and one disc priest for garrosh progress and onwards towards WoD!

We are no longer farming and are planning to extend until garrosh is down. This means that we require you to be geared enough for the remaining progress. We do not however require you to have the same progress us as and once Garry is down we will continue to farm for BiS for those that want it and also that lovely mount!

Raid days are as follows

Wednesday - 19:30ST - 23:30 ST
Thursday - 19:30ST - 23:30ST
Sunday - 19:30ST - 23:30ST

Extra days may be added for progress if we see fit but these will always be dependent on if people can make it and are never mandatory.

A little about our time as a guild.

We started fresh mid ToT and ended the tier with 12/13HC down, building a solid core team as we went. SoO started strong for us, missing garrosh first week by 5% but quickly getting him down in the second week. Progress was smooth from there until christmas rolled around when we lost a couple of core members due to personal problems and have been looking for the perfect replacements since.

We pushed on through the roster issues and got siegecrafter down (something many guilds on the server could not manage) and quickly after that Paragons. With your help we hope to clear!

What to expect from us

A focused raid:

As we only have 3 days of 4 hours each week we try to maintain a high level of focus throughout our raid times.

An active environment:

As well as our heroic main raids we also put together a weekly alt run with some heroics and many players have more than two heroic ready alts. We also do challenge modes (although we do not care for realm rankings just getting them transmogs)

A strong community:

Even though we are only a small guild (240 toons) we all spend alot of time on teamspeak together and we all enjoy spending time together in game.

Constructive criticism:

The raid leaders and officers in Dark Intent are always very focused and driven and as a by product of this will not hesitate to point out an issue that needs to be resolved whether it's raid dps, positioning, focus problems or general derpery.

you must expect to have your mistakes analysed mid raid and be able to take that criticism in a mature manner and put it to good use. Passing the blame will get you nowhere

What we expect from you

Attendance:

We run a small roster of 11 to 12 people and therefore attendance is very important. We only raid 3 days so expect all core members to be available for main raids.

We can appreciate if something unavoidable comes up but require notice in advance if you plan to miss a raid day.

Class knowledge:

This goes without saying

To be prepared:

Flasks, 300 stat food, fully gemmed and enchanted, all repairs taken care of and pots are a standard requirement for ALL heroic guilds and Dark Intent is no different

To enjoy banter:

We have a pretty much anything goes policy when it comes to joking, banter etc If you're easily offended then you may want to think twice about applying.

To enjoy your time with us:

Most importantly we want you to enjoy raiding here. If you're not having fun, you're not playing to the best of your ability and bosses dont fall down as quick!

Would just like to add that ALL exceptional apps will be considered regardless of class as we plan ahead for mythic (and potential switch to 25s once we clear 14/14hc)
