Won't be worth the effort and money it'd cost to sue them over it.
Now, if the game see's a great amount of profit, suing them would have a point.

But just look at all the Minecraft clones, even the most blatant rip-offs, Mojang doesnt' care about them because they're irrelevant to their own revenue. They aren't competing. They can't compete. Companies like Riot and Activision Blizzard don't care about things like these, they aren't a threat or a problem.

I did email blizzard about this and i got a response of "We are looking into this" statement
