GTX760 or R9 270X

Hi.

I'm a first time builder looking to put together my first system based around a i5-4670K.

I really only play WoW and have been told that a GTX 760 would be the most I would need. I noticed that a R9 270X can be £25-30 cheaper.

Are these cards comparable and is there any good reason I should choose one over the other for playing WoW or using in a i5-4670K system?

760 is the faster card, and by a margin justifiable by the price difference.

Here is your exact topic posted on a different forum. I really don't think there's much of a difference. Back in November the R9 had some driver issues, but I bet those are fixed by now. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/...0-gtx-wow.html

Toms hardware recommends the 760 also.
