The Dark Knight - Batman fights both SWAT and the Jokers men at the building under construction
Transformers 2 - Forrest fight, Optimus vs Megatron and others
Meals on Wheels - Jackie Chan vs Benny the Jet
Saving Private Ryan - opening scene, beach landing

Matrix: Reloaded at the Chateau.
Fearless also had some amazing fights.
Edit - Band of Brothers, Normandy drop (D-Day from the air), the episode where they get shelled to shit in the forrest is also quite awesome.

Oh yeah, and this. Never actually saw the movie, just saw this clip on YouTube and thought it was cool.
I love this scene, Jackie Chan's fights are so creative lol.
In no particular order:
- The cave fight scene from The Expendables (Jet Li & Jason Statham vs Gary Daniels + Stallone vs Couture)
- The "kickless" from Saat Po Long (Donnie Yen vs Jin Wu)
- The final "war" scene from Gangs of New York
The Matrix lobby scene.
The season 1 & 2 Finale's of Banshee were pretty decent too, tho not in the same way as a big budget action movie scene.
James Cameron can direct action extremely well. The Raid, while not the best film in the world, had well-directed action scenes. I think any action scenes that I enjoy are those that use minimal CGI.
Isn't it ironic how education is important, yet people forget all about it when they visit the internet?
