Hello fellow MMOers.
I was wondering, which faction are you going to play on your first character?
Because i'm Horde im tending to go Dominion as a Cassian Engineer.
But then again, i also like the Exiles very much and ofcourse will play it.
I dont add the option i play both, because you must have some faction/race/class combo in your head to start with.
For me it will be Dominion/Cassian/Engineer.

As an RPer I've been rather hesitant about going Dominion. While in World of Warcraft the Horde can be seen as neutral in so many way and even the good guys at times, it feels like the Dominion has less depth and diversity. Their goal is domination and domination only from what I've seen so far, with crazy Chua, very much savage Draken and programmed Mechari. I would've loved to be Dominion had they been more versatile.

Exiles, but only because of the Aurin. I much prefer the "sophisticated evil empire" theme of Dominion, but I can't pass out on opportunity of playing a bunnygirl.

Why do MMOs always have to go with the good vs. evil faction? The hardcore PVPers will all flock to the evil faction as usual thus creating an imbalance. Then the losing faction complains that it loses BGs all the time and thus create a snowball effect.
So what will it be? Exiles dominating PVE servers and Dominion dominating PVP servers?
I expected Wildstar to shake things up a bit, but the devs seem determined to copy WoW on a great many things.Last edited by corebit; 2014-03-18 at 01:36 PM.
