Your Shift-Form Keybinds?

Ctrl + 2 = Aqua
Ctrl + 3 = Cat
Ctrl + 4 = Travel
Ctrl + 5 = Moonkin
Ctrl + 6 = Flight

I.e. standard keybinds FTW

I raid as balance 99% of the time, for context.
Shift-T for moonkin form/power shift
Alt-D for bear form
~ macro for cat/travel/flight/aquatic/ground mount depending on zone/combat status, with alt modifiers for outdoor cat in combat and prowl.
Alt-5 is Dash which activates cat form anyway.

Regardless of what spec I'm in, A is always a /cancelform macro to put me back into caster form.

I main Resto, so that's helpful. Otherwise my shifts are:

Mouse Button 1 = Cat
Shift+T = Bear (It's a Might of Ursoc/Bear macro, so if MoU is available it'll pop, otherwise it'll just put me into Bear)
F = Flight Form

I don't bind Travel or Aquatic for PVE, but I do for PVP.

Used to have the scroll up/down, but got a g600 yesterday so changed it a bit now.
Bear = scrollwheel clicked to left
Travelform = shift+ scrollwheel clicked to left (will macro it to be flightform/swimming/travel, depending on the conditions, so i can get my zoom in/out back in a fast way)
Cat = scrollwheel clicked to right
Swim = shift+ scrollwheel clicked to right
Flight = shift+scroll down

Button 11 is my cancelfrom macro and flight form is on mouse4 (cause i am used to have mount there)
