[Hero Concept] Imperius, Archangel of Valor

The original thread can be found on the official Heroes forum.

    Role(s):
    Warrior, Assassin

    General Concept:
Imperius is designed to be a hero that specializes in fighting enemy heroes one on one, but can still function in teamfights by deftly maneuvering around the battlefield to reach his kill target or peel for his more fragile allies.

This concept has two ability kits being pitched.

And it can't have taken less than 5 or 6 hours to type up... Mind boggling. I agree.

His energy costs are too low comparing to energy pool, and what is with this obsession of "3 attacks"? Looks like this champion will be unpeelable and will have HUGE damage spike after each 3 attack/cast.

Also, there is no clarification of how these "3 charges" skills work. Is it 4 seconds cooldown on each use? I mean, it takes 12 seconds to recharge whole skill? If it is, then how long skill usage counts as "third"? Because you basically can 2 hit someone, wait for recharge and unleash devastating attack similar to Rengars (league of legends) QQQ. From looks of it, this champion will be very frustrating to play against and his skillset doesn't punish you enough for making wrong decisions aka "wasting" skills.

For me, the first kit is way off.

The second one is more appealing but:
Q: in "buff type" there is stated "CC immunity" what does it means? While Q is active, you have CC immunity? Or when you activate it? Or when buff from Q is on you? Anyways, CC immunity is not needed here.

W: Ok, how does it work when Q is activated? Do these buffs stack? Or they overlap each other? Will they proc both on 1 attack, or the first used will proc on first attack, and second on on second attack? What's the point of slowing enemy with your gap closer if you are going to stun him because you want AS buff + damage from you Q which stuns him? Sounds like you either waste ton of damage, or waste one of your CCs.

E: "range to center of aoe"? It shouldn't have higher diameter than zombie wall but with duration of two or less seconds. How does "grabbing a spear" interacts with the ring? Does it remove part of it? If no, why do i need to click it? Why does this skill does damage anyways?

R-1: With amount of gap closers and CC available from this hero, it doesn't seem fair to give him CC immunity. And there is no range. Is it global, or what? If it is, then i see huge flaw of using it on the hero on the other lane to get 3 seconds immunity.

R-2: 3000 units range? Are you kidding? How big is diameter of the "center" which dispenses stun? How big the AoE diameter which deals damage?

Overall, he looks like an assassin character with huge amount of CC and "glue" and damage available. Huge cooldowns. Doesn't sound very "warrior-ish", more like a support.
In my opinion, he should be made as "isolationist" kind of hero, who would try to remove certain hero from the teamfight and fight him alone away from his team gaining bonuses for doing so with options to be a tank/support/CC dispenser, like E.T.C .

The irony is that by creating champion and hero concepts as on the forums of League, HOTS and DOTA2, players are almost ensuring that the hero/champion is never implemented in a manner they wish.

As creative industries do not even consider, open or accept works, screenplays, story outlines or ideas submitted from external sources. They would be held liable by law to pay or compensate the party whose submitted idea the the studio, publisher or developer used.

Even if they are not totally exact representations! Just the merest suggestion that X works or looks in manner close to or similar to Y submitted idea is enough to go to court.

Every game publisher I worked at throws submissions in the garbage directly. As employees, we are not even allowed to look or keep them. They have to be disposed unopened/unboxed in many cases. So we can claim ignorance of any influence.

Game publishers are not even the strictest. The film and book industries have a saying of, "File submissions under G, for garbage."

No one can afford to have a "fan" submission go through without accreditation.
