I am not sure what you're talking about but whatever it is, it was probably removed in the 2.0 redesign of all of the classes.

I want to use the skill Venegance, but i can't find it anywhere, that's what im talking about.

Its in the Device set of skills next to Fan of knifes,spike trap and Sentry.
Unlocks at lvl 61

is your game setting checked on ELECTIVE MODE ?
