Hello does anyone know a addon that shows the chibar on enemy target frame? Like rogue combopoints.

Chi Bar is a personal buff. Do you want it tracked on the target unit frame instead of personal? I doubt any unit frame addon would support that without editing. You could always use an addon such as Tellmewhen or Weak Auras and position it accordingly.

I use ElvUI, which can seperate Class ressources from the player bar, and then placed where ever you want, but it also makes it a flat line parted into 4/5 (depending on talents), but it can be done

Use "moveanything" addon and just place the Chi bar that is On your target Unit Frame On his target Unit Frame. Easy
