I don't know what overclocking is.

EDIT: Forgot to answer your question! :P Overclocking is essentially running a CPU or GPU at speeds higher than what they were shipped to run at. Instead of 3.8Ghz at stock, you could get around 4.2Ghz on the cooler that was suggested. You'll end up with around 15% higher CPU performance. However, that doesn't always translate to FPS improvements unless a game is specifically dependent more on the CPU than it is the GPU. A good example of this is WoW (or most MMOs for that matter) and RTS games.

Alright, then you don't need an overclockable build, unless you specifically want to learn how to do so. If not, here:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Save a bunch of money to spend on whatever you want. Swapped out to a better SSD and more appropriate PSU as well.

    Great, thanks.

I will have someone I work with put my computer together, and they might be able to overclock my machine.

Those are unfortunately both very weak gaming systems, mainly because of the GPU. They're also very overpriced. You would be running newer games on low settings to get playable FPS. The linked build I gave you a couple posts up would give you about 3x the GPU performance.

What country do you live in? If you need to go prebuilt, we can find you a much better deal.

In both builds you don't know alot of things.
    -What mobo is in there
    -What psu's
-Ram on 1st one and although on 2nd 1333 it aint bad its still bad for the budget
    -No ssd
    -What case
-Keyboard and mouse could be some for 15bucks (both)
-No k cpu's thus no aftermarket coolers

So all in all those 2 builds you linked in comparison to the ones proposed here, for the price cost, are very poor.

    Glo beat me to it
