In Dragon Age origins. Their is a Dragon that formed a Cult. Making them think he is the reicarnation of a Prophet.

Yeah I wasn't a huge fan of the skyrim dragons either. They're mildly better with some rework mods though.

Queen of the Blackmarsh in Dragon Age: Awakening was also a memorable fight for me.

Valiona and Theralion, their sibling rivalry makes me chuckle.

This, and in addition,
Argorok from LoZ: Twilight Princess was pretty cool to me.

And almost any Elder Dragon boss in Monster Hunter, while some of them aren't technically dragons though :P

I'd say Dire Miralis as the top out of those, because it looks the coolest, but was a disappointment difficulty wise.

Most raid bosses inn WoW, but mainly Onyxia (BWD Cataclysme to) and the 2 pink once Theralion or whatever there name was (Cataclysme - Was especially sick on heroic)
