looking for a mod that lets me craft spawn eggs.

Recently I have been playing with mods and found some mods that add a ton of new mobs to minecraft. I got the idea that I want to spawn some of them in my home in survival. Is there any mod out there that would allow me to craft the eggs that spawn a mob, even ones from addons?

I don't know if it works with mod-added mobs, but I know that soul shards lets you craft spawners

There are certainly mods that allow you to craft vanilla eggs.

As for other mods eggs that's probably not likely. Unless the mod allows you to craft them or someone has gone to the trouble of making one then it's unlikely.

It would be a fairly simple process to make a mod that does this. I can already see the code in my head. The mod you want to make eggs for would have to be open source though, I believe, In order to import the item class files needed to make it a valid crafting recipe (and have the code not crash the game). I'll ask a mod dev to come see.
