Armory confuses me

I dont get it. I look at other people on the armory, and my gear is almost identical to theirs in stats, yet they have 3x my paper damage.

Armory is trash right now anyway, so don't worry to much about it. I'm currently missing about 150k DPS and 400k toughness.

My armory shows my dmg as 430k.. In game, factoring the rerolled stats, it's over 650k...
